The Hennopack MTP-05 series is a fully automatic side load case packing system. Integrated with our MPK-series case erectors, it is an excellent system for a diverse range of products, accommodating a wide range of case sizes and pack patterns on the same machine. The MT-05 features a simple modular design and few change parts, assuring fast changeovers and minimal downtime.

The front end of this side push case packer can be linked with sealing and cutting shrinkage, high-speed box opening machine, three-dimensional packaging machine, etc., and the rear section can be linked with case sealer machine, robot palletizer to form an automatic secondary packaging production line; this machine is in the first stage of the product through the counting software calculation, and then in accordance with a certain stacking way for product layout, and then the servo-driven or cylinder driven push structure to make the bag or bottle or box or can from the side into the case; The carton is then pushed into the inside of the carton on the flip mechanism by means of a cylinder, and then the flip mechanism turns the carton into a positive position and outputs it to the next station, at which point the carton is completed.
